Construction begins on the Shannon 39, the first new Shannon sailboat model in 8 years. With the new “Scutter” double headsail rig that combines all the virtues of sloop and cutter rigs with none of the compromises, and with brand new hull and rudder shapes, the 39 is a great performer.
