Furthermore, Shannon’s long-standing mission to remain an exclusively custom-builder ensures that each owner is treated with exceptional customer service that does not end once your yacht is completed. We will remain in constant touch with you and are available on an on-going warranty basis to advise and assist you as needed.

Shannon welcomes buyers from across the globe and we are dedicated to assisting our customers with all aspects of the sales and commissioning process. Every Shannon is built in compliance with CE standards.

From your visit to Shannon’s factory in Bristol, RI to your follow-up progress inspections, we will gladly advise on your airline bookings, arrange ground transportation and secure first-class accommodations with our local hotel partners.

When your yacht is completed, we will undertake a preliminary commissioning process at our marina in RI and then (if you would prefer not to sail home!), we will arrange the transport of the yacht to the global harbor of your choice. Shannon will handle all aspects of the transport including the customs and import process, country-specific certifications, registration and documentation, insurance, and off-loading. Members of the Shannon crew will be onsite to meet the yacht upon its arrival and will then complete a full, secondary commissioning and check-out process to guarantee your total satisfaction. Each owner will be instructed on all aspects of their yacht from construction details, electric and electronics, plumbing, engine, mechanics, docking drills and initial sailing or cruising practice. Also, if you prefer, we will arrange for a certified captain to accompany you on your voyages.
