The fit and finish of gloss varnished teak, cherry or mahogany woodwork of the Shannon 38SRD is impeccable. The traditional teak and holly cabin sole compliments the luxurious accommodations.
Below are three interior variations available for the Shannon 38SRD, including an island double in the master stateroom, stall shower and two sleeping cabin layout available for twin screw 38 SRDs.
The galley has a propane gas cooktop, stainless steel microwave, 12VDC/110VAC refrigerator, large sink and plenty of dish and pot food storage. Across from the galley is an entertainment center with a large pantry with shelves for food storage under. In the single engine configuration, there also is provision for an aft cabin with another double berth. The Shannon 38 SRD certainly provides accommodations and livability usually only found in much larger boats.
The 38 SRD offers full 6'-4" headroom below. The 38 SRD features a dual cabin layout with berths for five, a full galley and an enclosed head with shower. The forward cabin has vee berths, two cedar lined hanging lockers and a foredeck skylight hatch. The main cabin has beautiful settee seating that converts into double and single berths. Choose from a a handcrafted centerline drop leaf dining table that seats six people, or a berth that can converts to a table for dining. (See photo below)
